An action focussed event
From April 2005, practices will be able to receive ‘indicative budgets’ from PCTs with the aim of improving the delivery of service. Following the analysis of practice led commissioning models this key national event will take the learning and outcomes from those models and offer a ‘how to’ workshop based conference, enabling delegates to take away an action plan for their own organisation.
