7th International Conference of the International Network of
Integrated Care Call for Abstracts

The conference organisers invite submissions of poster presentations related to the issues and themes of the conference. Submissions should follow one of the following formats:

Innovations
These posters will comprise practice-based developments from the field that report on recent experiences in the management and development of chronic disease and/or health and social care networks. All innovations posters will be show-cased in the ‘innovations village’ . Awards will be presented to the ‘best’ innovations paper on each day of the conference as selected by an independent panel chosen by the conference organisers.

Research
These posters will provide the results, completed or in-progress, of original research projects. The material should not have been published elsewhere, except in preliminary form, and it should be ready for publication as a journal article. Papers related to PhD projects, either completed or in progress, are especially encouraged.

Policy
These papers may describe any development in policy (whether governmental, organisational, or any other) that affects the integration of care associated with the themes of the conference. Policy papers that make international comparisons will be especially welcomed.
